Online Internet Marketing Business meets the Dragon in the Basement

The house is so cold this morning as I arise to work on my online internet marketing business. My grandfather built this house in the 30′s so saying it can be a bit drafty at times is a huge understatement. The temp outside must be pretty cold. I have tried to delay waking the Dragon, the old furnace, in the basement. But this morning, I will do so and ask him to warm the house a little bit. That is what he is here for, is it not?
Well, the Dragon is on. But will he breathe a little fire through the vents? That is all I ask of him, just a small measure of warmth on a cold morning. However, he is making some pretty agitated noises down there which means he does not want to be bothered and does not care that I am cold. I cannot change the fact that I prefer to get out of bed to work as opposed to tossing and turning. Besides, while laying there in the cold and dark, I came up with ideas for new articles and ways to make posted articles read better so I have to get up.
Furthermore, I much prefer the quiet of the morning before you shatter it with the clanging around of your old metal parts. What is that, anyway?! Even the acorns have finished pelting the metal roof disrupting the quiet of the morning. There have been so many acorns this year. The old folks say that is a sign that winter is going to be very cold so the dragon and I will continue to do battle. My office usually receives the most warmth from the dragon but I would prefer he warm other rooms instead. Nevertheless, he does not listen to me because he knows I am afraid to go down into the basement to confront him face to face.
But back to the quiet of the day: It is so amazing how quiet the world is when you are up during the wee hours of the morning. I get twice as much done on my internet marketing business without all the interruptions that come from daily affairs. Right now, my brain is becoming saturated with caffeine and nicotine which might not be the healthiest way to begin a fresh new day. But it is so enjoyable to feed those addictions. My brain goes into overdrive with creative thoughts, business ideas and wonderful ways to reach out and touch someone with my Internet marketing business.
Now I am sure you have been wondering how this article could somehow lead from the Dragon in my basement to my Internet business at Cattle on 1000 Hills. Before, I trudged to work every day with little hope of any change in the status quo. Well, actually there was a huge change-I got laid off!
Now my condition is one of being psychologically unemployable. There is too much in favor of my home based Internet business. I do not enjoy looking for another traditional job, stressed at sending out resumes, cover letters, going to interviews, and the rejection letters that go along with pursuing a traditional job.

Because of the online internet marketing business I have found, my life is more enjoyable. Because of it, I now have time to spend with my son; time to go hiking with my dog, Mo; and time with friends, family and this Godsend: Cattle on 1000 Hills. Time = Freedom.
